Keifer
From California, Keifer studied culinary arts and has always been drawn to adventure — skiing, motorcycles, and the adrenaline of pushing his limits. In college, yoga and music classes opened a door to balance, movement, and sound.
Last year he began a new chapter: learning how to slow down. Sleep has never come easily to him, so becoming a certified sound healer became a personal search for stillness — a practice that creates space for relaxation and grounding.
